community of The Sanctuary at Westhaven, 1 mile from exit 58 on I-4 It is the ideal location only 8 minutes from Disney
and 3 minutes from shops, restaurants and golf courses. The Sanctuary is in a prime location, a beautiful drive through prestigious Champions Gate then on to Ronald Reagan Boulevard for ¾ mile. At Champions Gate there is a Subway, Chinese and Italian restaurants, a Publix supermarket, a hairdressers, Video shop, McDonalds and a B.P. garage. To the left of the Sanctuary (1/2 mile) takes you to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find Walgreens (24hr pharmacy) Beef O'Brady's Pub Chinese takeaway, garage and other local shops. For your privacy the Sanctuary is a gated community only accessible by coded entry. The Villa is considered executive class due to the quality furnishings inside and the secure community in which it is located. Enjoy a cooling swim in your very own private south west facing, solar heated pool with the sun shining from morning till night or have some fun in our games room.  |
The villa consists of:
Master en suite with queen bed with his and her walk in wardrobes, sunken Roman bath and shower
Double bedroom
with bath, shower and w.c.
2 x twin themed bedrooms with single beds. Jack and Jill toilet facilties between the
2 rooms.
All bedrooms have cable TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with 12ft breakfast bar island with
dishwasher, sink and food disposal unit, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
copious amounts of crockery, cutlery, dishcloths
Utility room with automatic washer, tumble dryer, steam iron,
ironing board, vacuum cleaner and mops.
Living area
has two large sofas and a chair, 50'' flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player. Free national and international telephone
calls and Internet access.
Dining area seats 6 and breakfast bar seats 3.
Our villa has a games room
with full size pool table, air hockey, fussball, darts and various family games. We also have a high chair, car booster seat,
stroller and travel cot for the families with small babies. Baby intercom, sterilizer and changing mat.
All towels and
linen are provided including 24 beach towels. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure. During your stay
our management company can arrange an extra clean for an additional fee.
A security fence is fitted around the pool to
ensure the safety of small children.
Solar pool heating offers warm temperature year round.
Our extended patio area
includes a large hexagonal table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with foot stools, large private screened
pool & spa, outside shower pool games and inflatables.
Our villa location is ideal for golfers. Close by you will
find Champions Gate, Celebration, Reunion, Falcon's Fire, and the Disney courses all within a 20 minute drive at most.
